Warranty & Return Policy

We hope you love all the items you purchase from GearTrakr.com. If there happens to be an issue with product functionality, we promise we will do what we can to make it right.

Warranty

All new Gear Tags have a thirty (30) day warranty from the date of delivery. If a defect in the tag arises within the applicable Warranty Period, Gear Trakr will replace it.

To claim your warranty please email help@geartrakr.com with:

  • Your Name, product shipping address, and account e-mail.
  • A Brief Description of what the issue is.

Return Policy

You can return any items you purchased with four stipulations:

  • Items must be undamaged in order to be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of customer receipt.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to return the item.
  • We do not issue refunds for items that were sent back to us unannounced. 

To initiate a return of your product, please send us an email at help@geartrakr.com.

Upon receiving return request, we will provide you with a shipping address to send your return.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, a replacement of product will be offered or a refund will be applied to your original method of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund, first check with your bank and/or credit card company as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items will be refunded at the sale price.

Item Lost or Never Arrived

We will email you a tracking number upon shipping (check your junk or spam folder if not received). If the item has not arrived after 25 business days or your tracking says it is lost, please contact the courier with your tracking number. Once you have done this, please contact us via the “contact us” section and we will communicate with the courier to confirm.
